Wakeboarding and Waterskiing

Learn to Waterski and Wakeboard with Point Breaks on the beautiful Taw and Torridge Estuary - we have the facilities to train all standards with all equipment provided.  This includes life vests, waterskis, monoskis, wakeboards for all levels of ability and warm wetsuits.

We have a Piranha Sunburst speed boat (the 'Hollie Marie') capable of carrying eight persons with a whopping 200 bhp Mercury Optimax engine. We have a 7ft skypole to help you get big-air and also a training bar to help you learn to waterski.

We have kiddies waterskis, mono-skis and wakeboards with quality bindings - everything you need to learn the right way first time.

From complete beginner to mono and slalom, we can teach you all you need to know. Fun for all ages. The Taw and Torridge Estuary offers excellent skiiing conditions and our Instructors are qualified in both Waterskiing and Wakeboard with the British Water Ski & Wakeboard Federation.

We have a great success rate with beginner wakeboarders - we'll have you up and jumping the wake in no time - we guarantee you will get tired out - it can be tiring but great fun. Minimum age 8 years old.

Surf behind our boat. When you get the hang of it let loose by pulling Air 180's, side slides or just BIG AIR! Our 7ft ski pole gives great height. Or if you prefer surf the wake with off the lips and huge cut backs. Great fun - definitely improves your surfing!

Cost is £49 p/p based on four people.  Duration is approx three and a half hours.

Pre-booking essential, so please don't just turn up - lessons take place at the local estuary which is tidal so we must arrange the lesson to best suit the state of the tide.

We make sure our equipment is always in the best - so we change it regularly. If you are after one of our quality used wetsuits or life vests then please get in touch. Some items are only available at the beginning or end of season, others available all year.

We can also organize alternatives like Mountain Boarding or Go Karting, Deep Sea Fishing or Paddle Skis. To find out more about these activities - have a look at our multi activities weekends package.

Booking Conditions

All bookings (whenever possible) should be made in advance.  This can be done by calling 07776148679 at any time. 
It is unlikely that we will be able to fit you in if you just turn up on the day.

Deposits will be required after a provisional booking is made.  This is a non refundable deposit and is requested within seven days of the initial booking.  After that time has expired we cannot guarantee your booking will be held for you any longer.  (Unless previously agreed).
In some cases (such as bank holidays) etc. we may well request full payment prior to the date of the activities booked.
